5. The Software

LogTorque runs entirely on your machine. Your log files are never sent to our servers. If you use cloud LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), your data is sent directly to them according to their privacy policies.

6. Support Communications

When you email us for support or inquiries, we store your email address and message content. This is used only to respond to you and resolve your issue.

We may use AI tools to help draft responses to your inquiries. Your message content may be processed by third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) in accordance with their privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Support communications are retained for up to 2 years to assist with ongoing issues.

8. Your Rights
