When you purchase LogTorque, you receive a license to use the software on up to 3 devices. This license is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Team licenses include 5 or more seats and may be used by members of the same organization.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Their terms apply to the transaction.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the software. Once downloaded, no refunds are provided. This is standard for digital goods.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this software.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software. You may not remove or circumvent any license protection mechanisms.

7. Age Restriction

This software is not intended for use by anyone under 16 years of age. By using LogTorque, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time. No refund is provided upon termination for violation.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership rights to LogTorque. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

LogTorque integrates with third-party services including Ollama, OpenAI, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these services. You must comply with their respective terms of service separately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
